About this Role:
Employ Inc. is seeking a Senior Marketing Analytics Manager to lead reporting and analytics for the Marketing organization. As the key liaison between marketing and business intelligence, you'll build out and maintain the core marketing reporting frameworks and deliver insights to executive and individual contributor stakeholders. You should be familiar with the world of B2B SAAS and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
You will report into the Revenue Operations organization and will partner closely with marketing leadership, to develop advanced attribution models, build forecasts/models of business performance, analyze pipeline and closed/won deals, and measure channel performance to drive increased ROI and business outcomes. Reporting directly to the Director of Marketing Operations, you'll play a pivotal role in defining and optimizing our go-to-market strategy and proving marketing’s contribution to the business.
What You’ll Do:
- Develop and implement the reporting and data visualization strategy for marketing KPIs.
- Oversee reporting, analysis, forecasting, and interpretation of marketing data.
- Consult with senior leadership to address key business challenges with data solutions.
- Present data insights and recommendations to senior leadership to improve ROI and drive growth.
- Partner with Revenue Operations to maintain a data dictionary, SQL tables/views, and communicate changes to data sources.
- Audit, analyze, and correct gaps in core marketing data sets.
- Generate predictive models and forecasts to understand business trajectory and risks.
- Communicate complex concepts clearly to various audiences.
- Prioritize and manage reporting and analytics requests across the marketing organization, maintaining transparent communications on work status.
- Prioritize reporting and analytics requests across the marketing organization based on guidance from the senior leadership team; maintain consistent and transparent communications and updates on the status of work in development and future-state.
What You’ll Bring:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Data Analytics, Computer Science, Economics, Finance, Mathematics, or related field; Master’s/MBA preferred.
- 5+ years of B2B marketing analytics experience.
- Deep understanding and experience with Excel.
- Deep SQL knowledge and experience with SQL databases (preferably Snowflake); Python is a plus.
- Proficiency with BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker, including dashboard design and development.
- Expertise in SFDC object relationships and cross-object automation, and advanced knowledge of marketing data sets.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to translate complex data into actionable strategies.
- Excellent project management skills, capable of thriving in fast-paced environments and collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to develop strong working relationships and influence within and outside the marketing organization.
- Experience in a B2B SaaS organization is highly preferred.
