Pre-Tax Savings Accounts

It is important that employees are equipped to manage their own healthcare. We offer a variety of pre-tax savings accounts and have wonderful partners who can help our employees maximize their pre-tax health benefits.

Disability

To help protect employees' standard of living in the case of an unforeseen life event, we provide employees with Short-Term and Long-Term Disability coverage through Principal at no cost to them! This insurance pays income continuation at 60% of an employee's base salary if an employee becomes disabled due to an illness, pregnancy, or non-occupational accident.

Life + AD&D

Taking care of our employees and their families is important to us. We ensure that employees’ families have some financial security in the case of a loss of life. We provide Basic Life and Accidental Death and Dismemberment insurance at 1x an employee’s base salary at no cost to the employee. Employees who want additional coverages can elect Voluntary Life / AD&D insurance for themselves, their spouse, or their children, for an additional cost.

Employee Assistance Program

We care for employees’ overall wellbeing, so our free Employee Assistance Program (EAP) through Principal includes in-person or virtual counseling with a licensed EAP professional, legal, financial, and identity theft services, as well as lifestyle coaching. Employees have 24/7 access to this plan.

Fertility and Family Planning Benefit

Employ is proud to offer Carrot Fertility and Family planning benefits to all employees and their spouses. Carrot provides educational resources and guidance for a number of topics related to family planning, and Employ provides funds to cover your eligible fertility health and family-forming expenses, up to a lifetime maximum of $2000.

Employ has an open paid time off policy that allows employees to take the time they need for purposes such as vacation, personal time off, and routine family or personal needs. The open time off policy is based on mutual trust between Employ and its employees. In return for flexibility, we ask our employees to invest in themselves, making sure their work gets done well so that Employ can continue to support our customers and meet our organizational goals.

We also offer basic life and AD&D insurance though Sun Life to provide our employees’ families with some financial security in the case of a loss of life.
