As a Partner Acquisition Manager within the Employ partner team, you’ll have the opportunity to engage and grow industry leading technology partners. You’ll oversee partner enablement and success. 

 

Employ's partner ecosystem is designed to scale and grow quickly by allowing partners to build and maintain their integrations and by prioritizing partner investment through strategic partner tiers. Using your ability to combine strong partner management, technical understanding, product lifecycle management, and effective communication, you’ll identify potential partners within our integrated base of 3rd parties who have the potential to deliver joint go to market value. Additionally, you will respond to inbound partner requests and seek out best fit partners in the industry. Your goal will then be to develop these companies into productive, managed partners.

 

This unique role leverages a diverse skill set and requires motivation, energy, and someone passionate about partnerships and the HR technology industry. The Employ partner team operates in a high-energy and fast-paced environment and requires an individual that is self-motivated and can manage numerous and concurrent initiatives.

 

 

What you will do:

  • Work closely with the partner referral team to launch new partnerships and ensure that partnership and integration strategy is in line with business initiatives.
  • Meet pipeline and bookings goals to drive sales for Employ.
  • Meet goals aligned to development of new partnerships.
  • Track KPIs to measure leading indicator activity that will facilitate your achievement of your pipeline, bookings, and partner development goals.
  • Maintain and grow a diverse partner book of business.
  • Assist in the negotiation and execution of referral partner agreements.
  • Maintain direct and active relationships with existing partners, including proactively resolving business, technical, and sales channel issues, and serving as an internal advocate.
  • Define partnership requirements, produce qualitative and quantitative analysis of program performance, aggregate feedback, and explore new strategic opportunities.
  • Coordinate joint sales and marketing activities and oversee lead volume.
  • Keep up to date on industry news and trends to drive strategy.

 

What you will bring:

  • 3+ years partner management experience.
  • Deep talent product space knowledge and an extensive professional network in the HCM industry.
  • Strong interpersonal skills conducive to collaboration with both internal and external partners.
  • Excellent spoken and written communication skills, with ability to present complex ideas in a clear, concise fashion to technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Ability to remain objective and identify options to challenging scenarios. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a history of hands-on, detail orientation.
  • Unwavering dedication to making the right decisions to benefit Employ and our customers.
  • Ability to adapt, to be flexible, and to learn quickly in a dynamic environment.
  • Ability to establish credibility and rapport with senior executives.
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher.
