About the Role: 
We are looking for a forward-thinking Manager of Customer Systems to lead our customer division's technology stack. This role will focus on maximizing the use of existing technologies while exploring new innovations to drive stakeholder success. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of our tech stack, a strategic mindset for AI integration, and a collaborative approach to working across business units. Reporting to the Sr. Director of Customer Operations, this position will lead system administrators supporting customer experience, success, support, professional services, community, and education. 

What
You’ll Do:
 

Tech Stack Management
 
  • Fully understand and optimize our current tech stack. 
  • Evaluate emerging technologies and create business cases for new solutions. 
  • Partner with Revenue, Marketing, and Technology teams to streamline shared solutions. 
  • Collaborate with FP&A to manage tech investments and ROI. 
  • Manage vendor relationships and contracts. 
Stakeholder Collaboration 
  • Work closely with stakeholders to ensure technology meets their needs. 
  • Act as a bridge between business units and technical teams. 
  • Optimize vendor relationships and stakeholder engagement. 
AI Integration and Productivity 
  • Identify AI opportunities to improve user experience and efficiency. 
  • Stay informed about AI trends in customer experience technology. 
Technology Implementation and Governance 
  • Develop and implement methodologies for introducing new technologies. 
  • Establish governance for ongoing value generation. 
  • Measure ROI and drive adoption of technology solutions. 
Team Leadership 
  • Lead, mentor, and support a team of system administrators. 
  • Define clear roles, responsibilities, and best practices for the team. 
  • Ensure system cross-coverage for seamless operations.

  • Proven leadership experience in a SaaS tech environment. 
  • Strong understanding of technology integration and AI applications. 
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills. 
  • Ability to align technology initiatives with business objectives. 
  • Experience developing technology governance structures. 
  • Track record of leading high-performing teams.
