About this Role: 
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Project Manager to support our Product Planning and Organizational Readiness processes. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that our Talent Acquisition solutions are thoroughly prepared for market release. This role involves coordinating cross-functional teams, managing project timelines, and ensuring all aspects of product readiness and release enablement are executed flawlessly. 
  
What You’ll Do: 
  • Project Management:  
  • Lead and manage the product planning process – annual and quarterly – as well as the end-to-end organizational readiness process for our Talent Acquisition solutions. 
  • Develop and maintain detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, and deliverables. 
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams (product development, marketing, sales, customer support, professional services, legal, finance, etc.) to ensure all tasks are completed on time. 
  • Organizational Readiness and Release Enablement:  
  • Oversee the execution of organizational readiness enablement strategies, ensuring that all necessary resources, communications and training are in place for a successful launch.  
  • Partner with Engineering Program Managers to ensure the Go/No go process has been executed and incorporate results into Organizational Readiness Process 
  • Partner with Product Managers to execute standard early adopter process, gather feedback from participants, etc.  Stakeholder Communication:  
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for all organizational readiness and release-related communications. 
  • Prepare and present regular project updates to senior management and stakeholders. 
  • Facilitate meetings and ensure alignment among all team members. 
  • Risk Management:  
  • Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies. 
  • Monitor project progress and address any issues that could impact the product launch timeline. 
  
What You’ll Bring: 
  • 3-5 years of project management experience, preferably in the HR Tech or software industry. 
  • Proven track record of successfully managing product and organizational readiness or similar projects. 
  • Strong project management skills, with proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Asana, Trello, JIRA). 
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities. 
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills. 
  • Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams. 
  • Problem-solving skills and attention to detail. 
  • PMP or other relevant project management certifications are a plus.
