The Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) will serve as a strategic partner to designated business units within Employ, providing expert guidance and support on all HR-related matters. The HRBP will collaborate closely with leadership to align HR initiatives with business objectives, ensuring the development and implementation of solutions that drive organizational effectiveness and employee engagement.
This is a hybrid position, offering the flexibility to work both remotely and from our Downtown Denver, CO office three days a week.
What You’ll Do:
Lead efforts in talent acquisition, development, and retention within assigned business units, ensuring a robust pipeline of talent and fostering an environment of continuous growth.
Partner with leaders to implement effective performance management practices, including goal setting, coaching, feedback, and development plans.
Support and lead change management initiatives, helping employees and leaders navigate organizational changes, including restructures, mergers, and process improvements.
Champion the company’s culture and values, leading efforts to enhance employee engagement, diversity, inclusion, and overall job satisfaction.
5+ years of experience as an HRBP or in a similar HR role, with a strong understanding of multiple HR disciplines including employee relations, performance management, and talent management.
