Join our team as an Associate Renewals Manager and start your career in renewals. In this role, you will be responsible for managing a book of renewals while working in close partnership with Sales and Customer Success teams to maximize retention, minimize churn risk, and drive growth. No prior experience is necessary - just bring your enthusiasm, attention to detail, and eagerness to learn!

 

What you will be doing:

 

Renewal Coordination: Manage the end-to-end renewal process for assigned customers, including sending renewal notifications, generating quotes or proposals, and following up with customers to secure renewals in a timely manner.

 

Customer Engagement: Proactively reach out to customers prior to their renewal dates to discuss their current needs, address any concerns or objections, and highlight the value of renewing their subscriptions or contracts.

 

Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers by serving as their primary point of contact for renewal-related inquiries and assistance. Act as a trusted advisor, understanding their business goals and challenges.

 

Contract Negotiation: Collaborate with sales, finance, and legal teams to negotiate contract terms and pricing with customers, ensuring alignment with company policies and objectives while maximizing renewal rates and customer satisfaction.

 

Forecasting and Reporting: Monitor renewal pipelines, track progress, and provide regular updates on renewal forecasts and metrics. Identify trends and insights to inform strategies for improving renewal rates and customer retention.

 

Customer Advocacy: Advocate for customers' needs and preferences within the organization, providing valuable insights and feedback to relevant teams to drive product improvements, customer satisfaction, and long-term retention.

 

What you will bring:

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle various tasks; attention to detail in a fast paced, high-volume environment 
  • Proven time management skills in a dynamic environment 
  • Strong presentation and written/verbal communication skills 
  • Enthusiasm, strong work ethic, and a positive attitude 
  • Software/SaaS experience a plus, but not required
  • Salesforce experience a plus, but not required

Colorado Pay Range: $46,800.00-$57,000.00 USD Base Salary with additional potential for variable pay.
