We are looking for a deadline-focused Talent Acquisition Business Partner to be responsible for the sourcing, screening, and hiring of technical specialists to fill Employ positions. The TABP's responsibilities include all aspects of hiring, from meeting with onsite/offsite hiring managers to write job descriptions to offering job positions to the most suitable candidates. You should be focused, hard-working, and able to meet deadlines to the satisfaction of all parties involved.
To be a successful Talent Acquisition Business Partner, you should have a good working knowledge of technology, technical roles, and technical skills, as well as knowledge of the recruitment process.

What you will do:
•    Coordinate/facilitate a phenomenal candidate experience with interview teams, hiring managers and candidates
•    Communicating with hiring managers to identify future job openings and the technical requirements for those jobs
•    Screening applicants for competency with the job requirements 
•    Arranging telephone, video, or in-person interviews
•    Proactively build candidate pipelines for critical roles 
•    Offering job positions and completing the relevant paperwork and good negotiation skills  
•    Keeping track of all applicants as well as keeping applicants informed on the application process

What you will bring: 
•    A Bachelor's of Science or Human Resources degree is strongly preferred
•    A good understanding of technology and technical skills 
•    3-6 year’s experience in recruitment processes and platforms, experience with Jobvite ATS a plus 
•    Good interpersonal and decision-making skills
•    Proven ability to develop and deliver on a sourcing strategy that results in hires— inbound job applications will not be sufficient to fill the roles this Recruiter will focus on 
•    Experience managing multiple stakeholders including managers and senior leaders and giving the clear and transparent feedback needed to optimize the hiring process
•    Consultative approach to driving process, efficiency, and decision-making in a fast-paced environment
•    Proven ability to drive results in a small team by contributing to the recruiting team as a whole
