We're looking for an Expert Internal Technology Administrator to help expand and support our current infrastructure as well as support our internal customer base of ~1000 employees. Under the direction of the Director Internal Technology, this position performs a variety of technical tasks in the areas of applications, systems, and networks. It provides direct technical assistance and support to Employ staff for network, hardware, and software issues. It also provides support for an offshore office environment for onboarding, purchasing and offboarding.   
  
What You Will Do:   
In General   
  • Support the Information Technology needs of an offshore office in terms of onboarding resources, procurement, and offboarding tasks
  • Provide technical support and guidance to users
  • Record activities, solutions, and other responses to requests for service
  • Perform minor repairs to equipment and arrange for other servicing needs
  • Maintain systems, applications, security, and network configurations
  • Support and manage integration with other Enterprise software utilized by the organization
  • Support PC hardware components, desktop operating system software, and application software
  • Prepare project documentation and procedures
  • Execute upgrades, patches, new applications, and equipment implementation
  • Analysis of hardware and software in a distributed networking environment utilizing accepted network management and monitoring software and systems
  • Identify and report system issues to vendors. Monitor and test resolution of those issues sent to vendors
  • Monitor antivirus software and updates and repair computers infected with spyware, adware and/or viruses
  • Monitor backup systems and procedures to ensure data security
  • Assist in maintaining inventory records and documentation for equipment
  • Contribute to Employ IT technical documentation and participate in policy, procedure, and standards development
  • Develop and provide user training for basic hardware and software use
  • Provide backup technical support for network components including router, firewall, and wireless access points
  • Maintain open communication and a positive working relationship with staff
  • Perform other technical duties as assigned
System Integration   
  • Collaborate with IT and business teams to design and implement seamless data flows
  • Ensure data integrity and consistency across integrated platforms
User Training and Documentation   
  • Create and maintain documentation for system configurations, processes, and best practices
Security and Compliance   
  • Implement and enforce security policies to safeguard financial and business data
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations and internal policies
Collaboration   
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including finance, IT, and business operations
  • Collaborate with vendors and external partners to resolve issues and implement enhancements
What You’ll Bring:   
Required   
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent experience
  • 4+ years of experience being responsible for systems administration in a SaaS software company
  • 2+ years of relevant cloud [SaaS] or on-premises system administration experience with Windows and Mac devices
  • 1+ years of experience administrating a Microsoft 365 environment and applications
  • Previous leadership experience managing team members and a technology infrastructure environment
  • Knowledge of Microsoft 365, G-Suite, iOS, macOS, and Windows OS
  • Experience supporting users, laptops and mobile devices who are remotely distributed
  • Experience in Microsoft Azure technologies and products is a plus
  • Familiarity with AWS products is a plus
  • Experience using cloud identity and access management tools, preferably Okta is a plus
  • Experience scripting with Python, PowerShell, VBScript or Bash is a plus
  • Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
