We're looking for a Senior Systems Administrator to help expand and support our current infrastructure as well as support our internal customer base of ~1000 employees. Under the direction of the Manager Information Technology, this position performs a variety of technical tasks in the areas of applications, systems, and networks. It also provides direct technical assistance and support to Employ staff for network, hardware, and software issues.

Specifically, the ideal candidate will play a crucial role in the management, optimization, and support of our financial applications ecosystem, with a focus on NetSuite, Adaptive, Chrome River, and other financial systems. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the stability, security, and seamless operation of these systems while collaborating with various stakeholders to enhance functionality and meet evolving business needs.

What You Will Do:

• Configure, maintain, and optimize NetSuite, Adaptive, and other financial systems to ensure maximum efficiency
• Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement necessary upgrades
  Collaborate with internal teams to customize workflows, reports, and dashboards to meet business requirements
• Implement and manage integrations with other business applications
• Provide administration and support for NetSuite, Adaptive, and other financial systems
• Work closely with end-users to understand and address their need
• Troubleshoot issues, conduct regular system audits, and recommend improvements
• Provide technical support and guidance to users
• Record activities, solutions, and other responses to requests for service
• Prepare project documentation and procedures
• Execute upgrades, patches, new applications, and equipment implementation
• Monitor backup systems and procedures to ensure data security
• Assist in maintaining inventory records and documentation for equipment
• Contribute to Employ IT technical documentation and participate in policy, procedure, and standards development
• Develop and provide user training for basic hardware and software use
• Maintain open communication and a positive working relationship with staff
• Perform other technical duties as assigned

• Manage and enhance integrations between financial applications and other business systems
• Collaborate with IT and business teams to design and implement seamless data flow
• Ensure data integrity and consistency across integrated platforms

• Develop and deliver training programs for end-users on financial and business applications
• Create and maintain documentation for system configurations, processes, and best practices

• Implement and enforce security policies to safeguard financial and business data
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and internal policies

• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including finance, IT, and business operations
• Collaborate with vendors and external partners to resolve issues and implement enhancements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent experience
• 8+ years of experience being responsible for financial systems administration in a SaaS software company
• 1+ years of relevant cloud [SaaS] or on-premises system administration experience with Windows and Mac devices
• Proven experience in administering NetSuite, Adaptive, and other financial systems
• Experience in Microsoft Azure technologies and products is a plus
• Familiarity with AWS products is a plus
• Experience using cloud identity and access management tools, preferably Okta is a plus
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
